Dear parents,
This year November 29th is the first Sunday of Advent in the traditional church calendar. So, as we approach Christmas, we will take a break from our series on the Fruit of the Spirit and begin a series of lessons about why Jesus was born.
“But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship.” Galatians 4:4-5 (ESV)

Resources:
It is clear that for many of us, Christmas will be very different this year. But we can still spend it giving thanks that God sent Jesus so that our sins can be forgiven, which He planned to do long before Jesus came into the world, giving hope to His people by telling them about the Messiah through the prophets.
Thank God that He always keeps His promises!
In Him,
